SIMI is looking for a young, dynamic and highly motivated individual to join the team in Jakarta. The position involves working directly under the senior management (both Indonesian and expatriates) and offers a very broad scope to grow professionally in the field of new business set up, business management, financial analysis and the commercial aspects of how to set up and run a business.     General Affair Staff Jakarta Raya   Responsibilities: Reporting to the HR & Business Manager such as: Data Update: amount & asset value, Order office appliances & supplies based on actual requests from employees and departments, and Assisting Team for any related tasks and duties.     Requirements: Female, max 28 years old Diploma or Bachelor Degree, minimum 1 year of working experience Strong knowledge in MS office suite Good administration skill Organized, communicative, trustworthy and pro-active Willing to learn and able to work with minimum supervisions     Accounting Assistant Jakarta Raya   Responsibilities: Reporting to the Finance & Accountant Manager and assisting in the daily accounting operations. The position shall participate with the monthly closing, assist in accounts payable and receivable processing, assist with the preparation of the monthly profit and loss statements, and maintain balance sheet schedules and subsidiary ledgers, as well as assist in with various special projects.   Requirements: Female, max 28 years old Bachelor of Accountancy, experience in Accounting program (eg. Zahir) is preferable Knowledge in bookkeeping and basic accounting and finance principles Strong knowledge in MS office suite Good administration skill Team player and dynamic
